1. BERTULLI.COM PURCHASING SYSTEM
Shopping on Bertulli.com observes current rules and laws. Consequently, sales are from Neman Europe, S.L, Plaza de Menjibar, 8, 41003 Sevilla, Spain. Every price listed already has the tax rate (I.V.A) included, according to the current rule for people who live in the European Union's countries and the rest of countries in the world.
Products descriptions and prices displayed are as accurate as possible, but there could be some typed mistakes. Products will be available till end of stock. Prices are in euro. Products with special prices, are correctly marked. They will be available as long as they appear in the online shop.
Shoes requested from Germany will be sent under the brand of masaltos.com.
If you need a voucher of your purchase, you should contact our Customer Service by e-mail, to info@bertulli.com, during the 7 days after you receive the item. You will only have to send us your personal data and the number of your order. The confirmation sent by Bertulli.com won't have legal validity as a voucher, only like as proof of purchase.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
People who want to buy any of the products shown in Bertulli.com should visit the online catalogue, make their selection and add it to the shopping bag. Then, they should fill in a form with the delivery address; specify the shipping method and costs, and the payment method. Finally, the order summary will be shown and the customer will be able to confirm it. By this way, the order will be processed correctly and data will be registered in our data base, except from system error. If payment method chosen is credit card, then our online shop will connect with the Sistema 4B online payment system. The result of the transaction will be communicated later.
The customer who wants to place an order on Bertulli.com, must accept the purchasing conditions placed at the end of the shopping process and in the section with the same name.
Every customer will receive by e-mail the order summary. Later, they will be able to check the order and its status in the section Order status. The status would be the most accurate and updated as possible.
The shipment of the package will take different periods according to the shipping method used and the availability of the products chosen.
Free shipping on orders of 2 or more pairs of shoes for deliveries to EU, EEA, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey.
Promotions are not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
Neither Tipsa nor DHL delivers in post-office boxes. In this case, we will send the package by ordinary mail.
In deliveries for places outside of Spain, the package might produce certain customs duty, according to the country of delivery. If that happens, the customer is responsible for them.
3. SECURED COMMUNICATIONS AND PAY ONLINE WITH CREDIT CARD
Bertulli.com is the owner of a digital certificate issued by Thawte certification authority. Due to this fact, every information sent to and from our web server is encrypted. Besides, this certification confirms that we really are Bertulli.com.
The online credit card payment in Bertulli.com is, nowadays, the safest. It has joined the Verified by Visa. This payment system protects your card details with your own password. Besides, through the payment page, your credit card details will be only managed by the verification system, and not by the e-commerce.
4. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your products from Tronisco.com, you may return them within a period of 15 days of receipt of the order. Our address is:

In case of possible incidents, or any other reasonable causes, you may return the shoes and get your money back within a period of 15 days of receipt of order. The delivery costs of the returned shoes, will be charged to the customer (article 44 of the Spanish Law 7/1996 of Arrangement Ordination of the Retail Trade). Import taxes (duties) are not included; these will be paid in cash when the customer receives the goods. If you would like to exchange your shoes, we will deliver another pair of shoes in perfect condition.
If you wish to exchange you purchase, you may either send us the shoes by using our pickup system, or by any other means.
Although you are not obliged by law we would appreciate it, if you left a note in the package that explains what you want (return, exchange, etc.).
Products must be returned in the original packing and in perfect condition, with the exception of cases of defective merchandise.
The customer is expected to assume delivery expenses for exchange or refund packages sent to our store. The packages can be sent by ordinary mail or by courier service. A more comfortable alternative may be to use our collect service, which is available to our customers. Tronisco.com won't accept carriage forward packages or packages with customs duty.
The return of money will be carried out by means of bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card if the payment had been made at Tronisco.com's virtual TPV, and if it is still within the time limit of 14 days after purchase.
Bank transfer: International purchases paid by means of transfer or Western Union.
Paypal: Purchases paid with Paypal.
Credit card: If the payment has been made at Tronisco.com's virtual POS, and if it is still within 14 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the refund will be made by bank transfer.
