1. Why are Bertulli shoes special?

Our footwear is designed with a special shoetree that provides comfort to our feet and make us be 7 cm (2.75") taller. Bertulli shoes can do it because of the interior wedge anatomically designed of 3 cm and the normal heel of 3 or 4 cm.

2. Does every Bertulli shoe increase height 7 cm?

Every Bertulli shoe has an interior wedge of 3 cm. In addition, the normal exterior heel can have a height of 3 or 4 cm, depending on the model:

Every shoe increases height 7 cm - 2.75".

Except for shoes with Classic 6 cm style that increases height 6 cm - 2.36"

4. Can I shop in Bertulli.com with confidence?

9. What can I do if my new Bertulli shoes don't fit me?

Ask for the size that you usually wear, if it is not the right fit... You can return them to us using whichever shipping method, indicating the correct size in an enclosed note. You are responsible for the shipping and handling from your address to our shop. Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the shoes are in perfect condition. Then, a new pair of shoes will be shipped, free of costs. We will pay for the shipping costs on the first exchange. Our address is: Neman Europe S.L., Calle Feria 4-6, 41003, Sevilla, Spain.

10. Can I return the shoes that I have just bought?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days, unworn and unused. Your first Exchange of size or model is free of charge, including shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Returns must come in the original packing and with the product in perfect condition, with exception of cases of defective merchandise. If the product is not in perfect condition, it won't be accepted. Shipping method and its costs for exchanges and refunds, from the customer to our shop, should be paid by the customer. The packages can be sent by ordinary mail or by courier service. Bertulli.com won't accept carriage forward packages or with customs duty.

Once we receive the return, we will pay partially the value of the returned goods, deducing 20 %. The 20 % covers our administrative expenses, original expenses of store and a part of our postage and management (the postage) is free only in case the client preserves the goods according to the Purchasing conditions). The expenses for the return of the package will not be refundable.

Please return your purchase to Neman Europe S.L., C/ Feria 4-6, 41003, Sevilla, Spain; please enclose a note informing us of what you wish to do (exchange or refund). We will refund the partial value of your order. Orders placed by credit or debit card will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card only if 30 days from the date of purchase have not passed. Orders paid by bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer.

11. My legs have different lengths, could you solve it?

We also have solution fo that, till 3 cm of difference. You should only take contact with us by e-mail before ordering.

12. Customs Fees

European Union:

Shipments within the European Union are exempt from customs fees.

Outside the European Union:

Shipments that need to be shipped outside the European Union might be liable to customs fees and impose taxes.

Taxes and customs fees that impose local authorities are the fully responsibility of the customer.

In case of change the model or shoe size, to avoid the payment of the duties import, we advise you to send us back package as a gift.

Please note that, you may have to pay duties, taxes and other costs that are enforced by the state authorities of your country. Also, if the Spanish Customs Office decides it obligatory.

13. Are there Bertulli shoes for women?

Bertulli shoes are made for men only. However, some of our sport models have a unisex character.

We have been devoted to mail order sales, through the Bertulli.com (Neman Europe S.L) brand, since 1993. We have been online since 2011, under the name of Bertulli.com.

15. Is there any distributor in my country?

Bertulli.com (Neman Europea S.L) is the brand that markets Bertulli, the exclusive brand of Italian shoes. It has been devoted to selling shoes by mail order for the last 15 years. Bertulli.com has been its internet division since 2005. Its predecessor, Splash-iberica.com, has been doing the same since 2011. It covers the whole world. Both brands belong to Neman Europe S.L. and sell the same items, the difference being that one does so by catalogue, the other through the internet.

16. How does the Bertulli collection service works?

It is very easy to use our collection service. However, it is an exclusive service for those customers in the E.U, excluding Canary Islands. If you want benefit from this service please follow the instructions below:

1. Let us know what you would like to do: if you would like to return or change your shoes. Do so in “my orders” at “my account” section at the website. If you are logged in you may do so here.

2. Select the order and the model (if there is more than one in the same order) which you would like to ship back to back to the store.

3. Make sure all your personal info is accurate.

Exclusive Collection Service for Spain (Peninsula and Baleares Islands)

If you would like to return the shoes, we will deduce 8 € from the refund.

If you are exchanging the shoes for the first time at the current order, you will only have to pay 8 € COD for the collection, when your goods are delivered. We will assume the new shoes shipping costs.

In case of second time exchange at the current order, you will have to pay 8 € for the old shoes collection, and 8, 90 € for the new shoes shipping. This will be done by means of COD.

Exclusive Collection Service for EU

If you would like to return the shoes, we will deduce 17 € from the refund.

If you would like to exchange the shoes for the first time at the current order, you will only have to pay 17 € in advance for the collection service. Shoes delivery from our shop will be free.

If you would like to exchange the shoes for the second time in the same order, then the customer will have to pay 17€ for shipment, and 17 € for the shoes collection.
